We want you to feel as good as you look in your Budgy Smugglers, so we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original hygiene strips still firmly in place.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene liners are intact to qualify for a refund or swap.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund or Swap

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
